Meet The Owner
Nicole proudly carries on the legacy started by her father nearly four decades ago, continuing the family’s commitment to quality, integrity, and strong partnerships in the construction industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, combining business insight with technical expertise to lead the company forward. Nicole is passionate about building lasting relationships with general contractors and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Outside of work, she is a salsa and bachata instructor and has been dancing for over eight years, a reflection of the same dedication, discipline, and energy she brings to both her craft and her leadership.

Susan has been with the company since 2009, managing administrative operations and finances with unmatched loyalty and dedication through every stage of the company’s journey. Outside the office, she breeds and raises Dobermans and is a proud Trader Joe’s enthusiast.
Forough joined the team in 2016 as Senior Estimator, preparing project estimates and coordinating bids with precision and expertise. A proud mother of an energetic eight-year-old and a master of Persian cuisine, she also keeps the office lively with her playful sense of humor.
Ali has been with the company since 2015 and serves as our foreman in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely and to the highest standards. His charisma, kindness, and dependability make him a natural leader for our crews and a trusted presence on every jobsite.
