Andrex was proud to contribute to the expansion of the Colorado Convention Center on a project led by Hensel Phelps. This major vertical expansion added roughly 220,000 square feet of new space, including an 80,000-square-foot column-free ballroom, expansive pre-function areas, and a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

Our team installed the spray-applied fireproofing on structural steel throughout the project, helping ensure the building met required fire-resistance ratings while supporting the safety and longevity of one of Denver’s most prominent public venues. Through careful coordination with the project team, we were proud to play a role in delivering a modernized convention space designed to host large-scale events and conventions for years to come.
