Andrex was proud to be part of the Modera University Park project, a luxury apartment community developed by Mill Creek Residential in Denver’s University Park neighborhood. The mid‑rise development features 234 contemporary apartment homes and is pursuing National Green Building Standard Gold certification as part of its design and construction.

Our team provided intumescent fireproofing and spray‑applied fireproofing throughout the project, helping ensure the structural steel and assemblies met required fire‑resistance ratings and supported the building’s safety, performance, and durability. Through careful coordination with the GC and project team, we helped contribute to a high‑quality residential community designed for both comfort and long‑term value.
